Lockjaw: Robo-Royale
Lockjaw is a 2-4 player party brawler where robots use interchangeable arm, leg, and head parts to beat each other up! Last robot standing wins a Robo-Royale!

As the lead Producer of Lockjaw: Robo-Royale, I led the game from its initial concept, through a successful Kickstarter campaign, to a commercial release on Steam. This project tested my ability to work with an expanded team and proved my indie studio’s commitment to creating focused, compact game titles.

Key Responsibilities
- Delegated over 1800 Jira tasks across an interdisciplinary team of 16 developers, ensuring an efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
- Maintained up-to-date records on the game’s design, art pipeline, source control tools, and coding standards.
- Utilized ShotGrid to compile weekly development playlists, offering a dynamic visualization of progress to stakeholders and team members.

- Directed rigorous playtesting and QA sessions, leveraging player feedback and bug reports to refine gameplay and enhance user experience.
- Showcased the game at prominent industry conferences such as Music and Games Festival (MAGFest) and TooManyGames.
- Featured the game in Steam festivals such as Steam Dinos vs. Robots Fest.

- Solved version control bottlenecks and ensured diligent testing of over 7250 Perforce changelists, significantly improving the efficiency and reliability of our development pipeline.
- Automated the formatting of repetitive documentation through spreadsheet scripting, significantly reducing manual effort and allowing the team to focus on manipulating data instead of entering it.

The production of Lockjaw: Robo-Royale reaffirmed my expertise in effective project management and team collaboration. My efforts not only propelled the game towards a successful launch but have also established a solid foundation for future projects.
